Suresh Chilamkurty is the Founder and Managing Partner of CAP8 Investments LLC, a firm dedicated to helping passive investors achieve consistent returns through strategic real estate investments. With over two decades of experience in both the IT and real estate sectors, Suresh has built a reputation for delivering strong performance and fostering investor trust. Prior to real estate, he led a successful 20-year career in IT, running his own company, Dots Technologies.
Through CAP8 Investments, Suresh and his team specialize in the acquisition, operation, and management of multifamily apartments across multiple states, providing geographical diversity and resilience to their investment portfolio. Additionally, CAP8 Investments has extended its expertise into land development, with ownership of over 1,500 acres. To date, the company has successfully acquired nine properties and completed four lucrative exits, each exceeding promised returns.
Suresh’s philosophy centers on maximizing investor returns through hands-on management and rigorous market analysis. CAP8 Investments utilizes an in-house management team to optimize property performance and control, targeting market-driven rent increases and consistent property appreciation.
